Mr. Hales is a Tampa native who resigned from the Police Department to pursue a career as a lawyer. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Hales spent three years clerking for a large multi-state law firm that specialized in Personal Injury. During his time with the firm, he assisted several experienced trial attorneys on several cases that resulted in multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts. He now practices primarily in the areas of Personal Injury, Family Law, and Criminal Law.
